Warehouse Associate

Velocity International Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for forklift operation, receiving and tracking orders, organizing customer products, prepping outbound shipments, and supporting the warehouse team in day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety conscious, forklift certified, detail oriented, and process-driven. You are organized and take pride in a job well done. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to offload containers, trucks, etc.

• Load trucks with prepped pallets of material

• Rework pallets by using standard stacking practices and securely wrapping

• Conduct count and quality assurance for shipments

• Operate a forklift moving pallets around the warehouse, into and out of racks and trucks

• Documentation and safety is critical and is directly tied to the success of this position

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail

• A team player who is excited and committed to working in a small business

• Attention to detail. Ensuring orders are safely wrapped

• Communication skills are critical to the success of this position

• Forklift experience is required

Physical Requirements:

• Requires standing for long periods of time

• Repetitive physical movements including bending, lifting and walking

• Careful handling of materials

• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits are available for those working 32 or more hours per week.

Regional Truck Driver

Velocity International Group, a diverse and growing logistics company, is hiring experienced regional truck drivers for same-day, local white-glove deliveries and expedited deliveries out of town.

Weekly opportunities are available for those who would like to travel. The industries we serve are events and entertainment, promotional products, construction, and medical.

Considered candidates are over 23 years of age, have at least two years of box truck operating experience, a clean motor vehicle record, F endorsement, and a DOT medical card. A drug screening is required for this position.

Delivery Driver

Delivery Associate/ Driver/ Parcel Loader

Velocity International Group is a 3rd party logistics partner serving professional businesses in the Nashville area. We are currently seeking experienced drivers to operate company-owned and maintained sprinter vans for same-day deliveries around town. Qualified drivers may be eligible for out-of-town runs where company expenses cover overnight stays. This position requires the ability to lift boxes weighing between 25- 45 lbs, a clean driving record, and a flexible schedule.
